Babette steals the show from Patrick

While Babette is talking to Leah, Patrick walks into the living room wearing a Hawaiian shirt. He has another date with Vince, his new surf instructor. Once with her daughter, Babette confides: “There’s nothing more to his life than surfing, it’s silly to say I miss Patrick.” Leah replies that she probably has an idea to help him.

In turn, Patrick meets Vince for a surfing session. While he is working on the takeoff, Babette arrives dressed as a diver. Patrick wants to impress her and show her how he’s progressed, but she misses taking off.

Babette asks her husband if she can try, and against all odds, he comes first. Vince tells him that’s what he was made for. He offers to take part in a surfing course during a summer trip to Hossegor, and Babette happily accepts. As he leaves, Vince tells Patrick that his wife has a better level than him. How does he experience this duality?

Killian dashes Zoe’s hopes

In Mistral, Zoe is in her thoughts. Clearing the tables outside while listening to music, Killian stops her and asks what’s up? Zoe replies that she tried everything with her love, but it didn’t work.

To comfort her, Killian tells her that he too had a heartbreak when he was in college. Someone was in love with Nina, but he broke her heart. So he advises Zoe: “When you really love, you have to fight.” These words seem to give hope to Ariane’s daughter.

A few minutes later, Zoe arrives at the Mistral police station with Morgan’s favorite sandwich. Unfortunately, the young policewoman doesn’t seem to want to talk to him. He takes her outside the police station and gives her five minutes to explain.

Zoe takes the opportunity to tell him that she feels a strong connection between them. Morgan stops her and tells her that she loves Jules and that nothing will happen between them. Killian watches the scene from a distance.

At Mistral, Zoe meets Killian, who asks why she was fighting with Morgan. He asks if Jules is her lover, and Zoe agrees. Killian is surprised by this revelation that he has to move because Jules and Morgan are so in love. Will Killian admit that he’s actually interested in Morgan?

A few minutes later, Samuel goes to Mistral to summon all the rescuers in the region. Thomas and Gabriel are very worried about him and blame themselves for not seeing anything with Laurent. Suddenly Samuel gets up and informs his cousins ​​that he has found a girlfriend.

Back at work, Samuel informs Ariane that Laurent emptied the box that belonged to his little sister and then left all the items at Emmaus. He wants to go there to try to get hold of a new lead.

At the same time, Laurent and Jennifer are at their vacation home, located by the sea. He makes his brother believe that he is very excited to be with him. To gain her trust, she makes him the same donuts her mother used to make when they were little.

At the police station, Samuel and Ariane go through Jennifer’s files. Suddenly the policeman said to his colleague: “I’m sure Laurent came back to find his sister to rebuild his family.” Meanwhile, Jennifer reminisces about her brother and later apologizes for doubting him.

Even though Samuel and Ariane are in serious trouble, the police commissioner gives them some bad news: the prosecutor has just closed the investigation into Jennifer’s disappearance. Samuel is furious and decides to continue his research anyway.
