Based on the work of acclaimed author Anne Rice, “The Mayfair Witches” series is about the awakening of the supernatural powers of Rowan Fielding: a neurosurgeon involved in the death of a man. In the aftermath of what happened, she becomes involved in the history of her biological family, long thought buried, and discovers that she is the heir to a sinister mansion in New Orleans. She arrives at the house seeking answers, but uncovers a dark past and realizes that an ancient evil lurks in the mansion she has inherited.

Rowan Fielding (Alexandra Daddario) was adopted as a child and has always had everything she needs growing up. She has never known anything about her biological family, as she has never had any consistent information about them. Until then, Rowan has not considered herself to be much different from her fellow doctors, but things change when she causes the death of a colleague with just a thought.
Frightened, she realizes that there is no evidence to connect her to the man’s death, but she knows the truth. Shortly after, she is informed that her biological mother, the one she never knew, is no longer alive and has left her in an old house in New Orleans. She decides to travel to the city in search of answers about her past.
Arriving in town, Rowan discovers that the townspeople have many macabre stories to tell about the mansion, all involving witchcraft, death, and murder. Little by little, she discovers that the women of the Mayfair family are all witches, and that the house not only hides a dark, supernatural history, but an evil force willing to do anything to turn Rowan to the side of evil.
The cast also includes Jen Richards, Jack Huston, Annabeth Gish, Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa, Hannah Alline, Erica Gimpel and more. The first season recently premiered on Prime Video and has 9 episodes, each averaging 40 minutes.
