WARNING, THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS CONTAIN SPOILERS FOR THE SERIES IT ALL BEGINS Monday night on TF1! If you don’t want to understand anything, don’t read!
On Monday, July 11, it all starts here…
Celia is very worried because Theo did not spend the night at home. In the end, he decided to sleep with his parents because he wanted to know why he had told Louis that he was going to Paris after the Vattel prize. Despite being manipulated by his girlfriend, Theo is now in a bad place. Not only is his father aware of his intentions, but Louis is trying to regain his double-A position so that he can run the Vattel Prize in his stead.
For his part, Teissier doesn’t understand why his son continues to work on the menu when he decided to go to Paris. Theo convinces him that Louis is trying to manipulate him into taking his place. What’s more, he tells her that he never thought of going with Celia, and that he’s going to do anything to win Vattel’s prize. The director knows that his son is at a turning point in his life. That’s why he asks her not to do anything. Then he warns: if he lies, he will lose not only his career, but also his family.
Louis doesn’t budge. He once again tries to convince Emmanuel to appoint him as the head of Double A. Moreover, she does not hesitate to confirm in front of the Teisier couple that their son does not have the level to win the Vattel prize. However, the director is not going to fire his son and has decided to trust him. For her part, Constance is thrilled that her husband is giving Theo a chance. But she also thinks that their son was going to Paris with Celia. Normally, he would be happy to be nominated for the Vattel Prize and not have this reaction. If Emmanuel wants to take back his son’s ideas, his wife advises him to think carefully before making a mistake.
So Teissier visits Celia in the swamp and offers her a deal. He promises to give her a dream job in Paris if she leaves without Theo. But the young woman does not give up and refuses his proposal. The tone quickly rises between the two. Diego intervenes and orders the principal out of the house while he calls the police.
Theo is very angry because Celia told him everything. He later orders his father to never go see him again behind his back. Teissier makes excuses for himself: he refuses to see him ruin the life of a girl who will let him down. But Theo tells her that the only person who will always bring her down is her. Very upset, Emmanuel insults her as ungrateful and urges her to go to Paris now. Louis will take the position of chef in the restaurant.
Enraged, Theo confronts Louis. As usual, the latter is arrogant and does everything to push him to the limit. As he is certain that he will receive the Vattel prize, he encourages her to go to Paris while insulting Celia. At the end of the hold, Theo kicks him in the stomach and then throws him to the ground. He quickly descends on her and begins to choke her.
After deciding to join forces against Teisier, Anais and Greg go to his office and tell him that they want to participate in the finals of the Pastry Championship with the other chefs. Despite their arguments, they refuse once again. The director is clear: while they study at the institute, they will remain under his responsibility. The students are excited.
Later, Anais and Greg try to find an alternative. Indeed, Anais does not see that Chief Demir is being called and explained that the championship is being taken away because of the director. Greg then considers asking his father for help. The final is taking place in his hotel. If Emmanuel doesn’t change his mind, he’ll kick him out. However, Noemi thinks this is not a good idea. If he knew the director, he would be able to shout from the rooftops that Delobeli is threatening to impose his son on his competitors. She thinks they should be a little smarter.
Teysier was beaten at his own game.. Indeed, Noemi found a way around the rules. Hotel Beaumont hires Greg and Anais as interns. Thus, they will be under Chef DeLabel and supervised by Chef Matre. Therefore, they can participate in the finals of the pastry championship.
At the end of the day, Noém, Anaïs, Greg and Eliot arrive at the Beaumont Hotel, where they are greeted by Benoît DeLobel. Chef urges them to rest tonight as the serious business starts tomorrow with training.
Early in the morning, Rose is surprised to discover that Clotilda has given an interview in which she talks about the Master without mentioning him. She doesn’t understand why her sister acted like this when this course is her idea and she is going to lead it. An angry Rose wants to confront him as soon as possible. Antoine tries to win her over, but in vain. He can’t stand walking like this anymore.
Rose settles scores with Clotilda. Immediately, the explanations shift to an argument between the two sisters. Indeed, the chef acts as if the problem comes from his sister, who he says is having a misplaced ego crisis and is looking for recognition. After all, Rose should be happy that she talked about the Master to the press and indicated that she was the one who was called in for the interview. But Rose worries that her sister still needs to destroy her to exist. Clotilda replies that it is not her who destroys him, but her experience. Tired of being degraded, Rose insults him, telling him that if he was as good in the kitchen as he says he is, he’d be a star by now.
A little later, Clotilde tells Antoine about her fight with Rose. Antoine immediately defends his lover and tries to make Clotilde understand how important this master is to her. Indeed, Rose fought for a long time to get this project. The chef points out to him that he has had to fight to land projects before, but Antoine believes that this is different for him because everyone sees him as the true successor to Auguste Armani. If Rose eventually manages to find a role to play at the Institute, Antoine regrets robbing his sister of the credit that is rightfully hers. That’s why he asks her to admit once again that her sister has done a good deed.
Later, Antoine meets his third year in the amphitheater and announces that the master is officially registered with the National Directory of Professional Certifications. Thus, it will be possible to start the course at the beginning of the next academic year. Rose tells the students that she is very proud of the project before specifying that the inauguration will take place at the end of September. As he prepares to end his speech, Clotilda speaks. He seems to have realized his mistakes and sincerely thanks his sister, without whom the master would never have seen the light of day. Moreover, he believes that Auguste Armand would be very proud that this beautiful project exists in his institute. Tearful Rose cannot hide her emotion.
