Alix crosses the border with the police
Montpellier police received a report from PTS of a burglary at Dardel Gallery. And suffice it to say, there are surprising things. Indeed, initial findings revealed that the alarm had indeed been activated, but that it had not been triggered because it had been disabled by someone who knew the code. The Commissioner therefore instructs Lieutenant Cross not to neglect any bullet, and especially Dardelli’s.
That’s why Alix is called to the police station, because the owner of the gallery increased the amount of his works with insurance shortly before the theft. Enough to raise the issue of insurance fraud. Alix gets angry from the start, insults the policeman and leaves the scene in horror. When Ian says that he is on the verge of being arrested for contempt, Alix becomes even more angry and then causes a scandal in the police. After capturing her, Ian picks her up before taking her to a cell.
Alerted by the police, Claudine goes to the station, where Commissioner Becker informs her that Lieutenant Cross has arrested her client for contempt. Although she realizes that her friend can be impulsive at times, Claudine still finds out that the story is in the schoolyard. Although Becker reminds her that this is a crime punishable by law, Claudine urges her to be lenient, especially since they have much more important matters to attend to. Therefore, he offers his client to apologize to Ian and not talk about this story anymore.
After a while, Alix goes to Lt. Cross’s office and apologizes to him.
In the evening, Alix and Nicholas have dinner in a restaurant. As the police accuse him of wanting to defraud the insurance company, Nicholas thinks it was Maeva who canceled the gallery code.

At the same time, Charles meets Eliot in the guest room and assures him that there is nothing between Boris and Muriel. So he asks her to stop worrying, especially since Muriel is counting the days until she gets out of prison.
At the end of the day, Lorin explains to her father that it’s not normal for her to be out of breath like that. In addition to having swollen ankles, Francois has recently gained weight. So he has all the symptoms of heart failure. Although he claims to be doing very well, Catherine asks her husband to listen to their daughter, which he eventually accepts.
Meanwhile, Allen thinks he’s found his wedding venue and shows Elizabeth the photos. The latter, who is working on his computer, promises to look into all this tomorrow. An answer that annoys Allen, who asks if he’s sure about getting married. Elizabeth confirms that it is, specifying that she only has one big problem on her mind.
