LEGO bricks come to Pandora with the very first box dedicated to the world of “Avatar”. Pre-orders are now open!

On December 14, James Cameron offers a return flight to Pandora and its depths with Avatar: The Waterway, the long-awaited sequel (13 years!) to the greatest cinematic success of all time.
A few weeks earlier, you’ll be able to (re)discover Avatar on the big screen via a re-release event (September 21st) before re-envisioning the Na’vi’s adventures in LEGO.
The famous brick brand, in partnership with Disney, will indeed offer the first LEGO Avatar box from October 1st… where the traditional figures go from yellow to blue.
Titled “Toruk Makto and the Tree of Souls,” this set consists of 1,212 pieces (some of which are phosphorescent) and recreates the iconic sequence and setting from the feature film where Jake Sully becomes The Last Shadow Rider. In Taming the Great Leonopteryx or “Toruk”.

The majestic tree is clearly the centerpiece of this box, which translates into bricks for the bioluminescent flora presented by James Cameron. It comes with three sets, Jake Sully, Neytiri, Moat and Tsu’tei minifigures, an Equidius and a huge buildable winged creature.
As such, the Toruk displays great dimensions (24cm high by 49cm wide wingspan), the Spirit Tree measures 22cm high by 23cm wide and can be used both as a toy and as a nice ‘pop’ decorative object.
LEGO Avatar – Toruk Makto and the Tree of Souls:
- Recommended for ages 12 and up
- 1212 pieces
- 4 minifigures
- Toruk
- Equidius
- Tree of Souls to build
- 3 decor with glow in the dark elements

Avatar in LEGO: This is great news for young builders as well as AFOLs (adult Lego fans). And because good news never comes alone, other LEGO Avatar sets are already being promised by the brand, with dates yet to be revealed. Christmas will be blue, so to speak!
