Embraer confirmed on Tuesday, during the Farnborough International Airshow in England, the sale of six A-29 Super Tucano aircraft to the Paraguayan Air Force, without specifying the values.
Earlier this month, the South American country’s defense minister, Oscar Gonzalez, said he was negotiating with Brazil to purchase the plane for $96 million.
Deliveries, according to Embraer, are scheduled to start in 2025.
The company had also previously reiterated in an interview at the aviation fair in England that it has the potential to reach $10 billion in revenue by 2030 with its current portfolio.
