Is the new alien from ‘Alien: Romulus’ the most dangerous of all? Everything you need to know about him

Beyond himself There are post-credits scenes in ‘Alien: Romulus’there are many doubts about the new version of the xenomorph in Fede Álvarez’s film.

And all indications are that it is deadlier than any other monster that has existed in the “Alien” saga.

This is the new half-human, half-alien alien from ‘Alien: Romulus’

What differentiates the hybrid xenomorph from “Alien: Romulus” from the others is that it is born directly from a human.

Isabela Merced’s character Kay (who is pregnant) injects herself with a black compound made up of xenomorphic DNA.

This causes her pregnancy to accelerate and she gives birth to a black acid egg, containing what appears to be a human baby inside.

But the “baby” quickly transforms into a terrible humanoid monster. It has pale skin, long limbs, an alien tail and other features that make it terrifying. This new hybrid xenomorph is bolder, stronger and more durable than the originals.

At the end of “Alien: Romulus” Rain sets a trap for him to fall into the void of space, but it doesn’t end with his life. This shows that the alien from “Alien: Romulus” is capable of surviving extreme situations.

In the end the rain drops him into an asteroid belt and that’s the only way to get rid of him

Who is playing the new alien in ‘Alien: Romulus’

Believe it or not, the alien from “Alien: Romulus” was played by a real person. According to the film’s credits, basketball player Robert Bobroczkyi was tasked with bringing him to life.

A prosthetic was required to achieve the monster look, although it was later digitally altered with the help of CGI.

It is most likely that Robert was chosen for the character because of his impressive height, as he is 2.20 meters tall in real life.

The origin and future of the hybrid xenomorph from “Alien: Romulus”

The director of “Alien: Romulus” explained that the design of the hybrid xenomorph in his film was inspired by the saga’s prequels, “Prometheus” and “Alien: Covenant”:

“The black fluid is the root of all life in this universe, as well as xenomorphs. So we thought, if it affects your DNA, and clearly the Engineers arose from the same root of life, it made perfect sense to me that [la descendencia de un humano y un xenomorfo] they look like this.”

Although this new monster apparently died inside “Alien: Romulus” (set at this point in the franchise)many wondered if there was a chance he would return to the franchise in the future.

Since Fede Álvarez’s film revealed that xenomorphs can survive in space and that he had already seen that the hybrid xenomorph can be without oxygen, it is possible that he survived the crash caused by the rain.

So they could manage to bring him back in future installments of the franchise, since he is now one of the scariest additions to ‘Alien’.
