Bruna Marquezine will star alongside Fernanda Montenegro and Ary Fontoura in the cast of the film “Velhos Bandidos”, directed by Claudio Torres. After her debut in international cinema with “Besouro Azul”, she returns to Brazil to participate in this action comedy produced by Conspiração.
Strong cast
Other additions to the cast confirmed this Tuesday (20/8) include Vladimir Brichta, who currently plays Colonel Egídio in the soap opera “Renascer.” Filming for the film is expected to begin soon, with Brichta joining the project after finishing his commitments to the soap opera.
Direction and production
Claudio Torres, who directs the film, is the son of Fernanda Montenegro and has already directed productions such as “The Invisible Woman” and “The Man of the Future”. His most recent project was the Netflix series “Reality Z”. Fernanda Montenegro, in turn, recently participated in the filming of “I’m Still Here”, directed by Walter Salles, and “Dona Vitória”, by Andrucha Waddington.
