Sequel to the 2019 hit film, which stars the Joker and Harley Quinn, hits theaters in October
Despite the success of Joker2019 feature film, and the high expectations for Joker: Delirium for Twowhich hits theaters in October, Todd Phillips is not thinking about a third film for the villain played by Joaquin Phoenix (Beau is afraid).
In an interview with Varietythe director threw cold water on fans by ruling out the possibility of making a third film: “It was fun playing in that sandbox for three movies, but I think we’ve said what we had to say in this world.”he declared.
In the same interview, Lady Gagawhich interprets Harley Quinn in the news, he also spoke about the risks taken by Phillips when performing Joker: Delirium for Twowhich will be a musical: “Todd took a big risk with this whole concept and with the script, giving the sequel Joker this audacity and complexity”he stated.
“[O filme] it has music, it has dance, it’s a drama, it’s also a courtroom drama, it’s a comedy, it’s happy, it’s sad. It’s a test for [Todd] as a director, that he would rather be creative than just tell a traditional love story”added the artist.

In Joker: Delirium for Twowe must follow the birth of the explosive relationship between Arthur Fleckwho at the end of the first film assumed the identity of Joker and began to terrorize the city of Gotham, and its psychiatrist, Harley Quinnwho ends up madly in love with her patient.
