Preta received a visit from her sister, Bela Gil, on the first day. Today I hired them both, Patati and Patatá,” she joked about the artists.
Thursday, Preta announced that he would have to resume treatment for colorectal cancer through a statement on Instagram. “This week I was admitted to the Sírio-Libanês Hospital, in São Paulo, for routine tests and it was found that I had to resume oncology treatment,” the statement reads.
The singer was diagnosed with the disease early last year after feeling ill at her home in Rio de Janeiro. In December, she celebrated the end of treatment after part of her intestinal tract was reconstructed, but stressed that she would continue the rehabilitation process and medical follow-up for five years.
