Gambit leaves The Void in deleted scene from Deadpool & Wolverine

Released by Ryan Reynolds, the sequence appeared briefly during the post-credits scene of the new Marvel Cinematic Universe movie.

Ryan Reynolds (Imaginary Friends) released, on their social networks, a deleted scene from Deadpool & Wolverinethe new film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is still showing in Brazilian cinemas.

The sequence had already been discovered by fans in a detail of the film’s post-credits scene, but has now been released in full. In it, we see Gambit (Channing Tatum, Blink Twice) returning to the lair of Cassandra Nova (Emma Corrin), in The Void, after the battle against the villain’s allies.

He walks among the fallen enemies and then looks at the camera. In his eyes, we see the reflection of an interdimensional portal forming, which may indicate that the character has finally managed to leave The Void and found his own universe. Check it out:

In Deadpool & Wolverineafter a great disappointment in his life, Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) decided to retire Deadpool and chose to continue as a simple — and impatient — car salesman.

However, when the Chatty Mercenary is kidnapped by the Time Variance Authority, the AVT, he discovers that his reality is at risk of being extinguished, along with the love of his life, Vanessa (Morena Baccarin), and his friends.

At the agency, Deadpool also discovers that he needs his arch-enemy, Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), to try to reverse the situation. Annoyed, he goes after the hero, but when he thinks he has everything in hand to solve the problem, the duo’s path crosses with that of Cassandra Nova (Emma Corrin, The Crown), the professor’s evil twin sister Charles Xavier.

Deadpool & Wolverine still counts on the returns of Stefan Kapicic as Colossus, Brianna Hildebrand as Megasonic Teenage Missile, Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio, Rob Delaney as Peter, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al and Lewis Tan as Shatterstar.

Completing the cast Aaron Stanfordof X-Men 2 (2003) and X-Men: The Last Stand (2007), which returns as Pyro; Daphne Keenof Logan (2017), which returns to life Laura/X-23; and Matthew Macfadyen from the series Succession (2018-2023), which plays the Mr. Paradoxan AVT agent.

Deadpool & Wolverine is directed by Shawn Levy (Free Guy: Taking Control) based on the filmmaker’s own script in collaboration with Ryan Reynolds and Rhett Reeseof Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018). Watch the trailer:
