Official release date and first visuals for The Man on the Inside. This new Netflix production is already causing anticipation among the platform’s subscribers, as it is a new series from Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Office co-creator Mike Schur.
This new series is inspired by the Oscar-nominated Chilean mockumentary The Mole Agent. The show follows the adventures of Charles (Ted Danson), a man whose life is turned upside down when he is approached by a private detective to become the mole of a secret investigation.
When will the series air?
The series therefore marks a reunion between the screenwriter and the American actor, as Ted Danson was already the headliner of Mike Schur’s The Good Place. Other meetings will also take place during this show between the latter and Stephanie Beatriz, the iconic Rosa Diaz from Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
previously titled A classic spyThe series The Man on the Inside will be broadcast on Netflix from next November. Eight episodes are planned, although it is not yet known if the show’s creator is considering other seasons.
