Emma wakes up after a dream about Caesar. He hears Mathis calling from his bedroom and realizes that Baptiste is not with him. Indeed, the latter is on the march, trying to convince his sergeant to give him a mission so that he can be on the ground. Jean-Louis finally sends him the address of his new assignment.
On the way home, Baptiste surprises Emma by leaving a voicemail on Cesar’s answering machine. Emma admits she’s sorry she hasn’t heard from him since he left for Canada. Baptiste is deeply troubled that he still cares for her. He then announces that he will be on duty in the afternoon and admits that he has no regrets about joining Kevin and Camille at the Old Port as planned.
Baptiste is sent to the beach as a rescue. He despises the sergeant who greets him until he realizes the responsibilities this entails. At the end of the service, the Baptist waits for the couple to replace him. Then she discovers it’s Justin…
Meanwhile, the castels find themselves on the road due to a fire…
When he has to go to work, Jean-Paul finds himself without a nanny to look after Aurore. He hopes his daughter Lucy will be able to take care of it, as he had completely forgotten that the latter had his own pony camp.
Jean-Paul entrusts Claire and Leo to the Auror at the bar in Mistral. Meanwhile, at the police station, he makes several calls to find the babysitter, but to no avail. Patrick considers himself lucky that he can count on Manon.
But when he gets home, he tells her that he’s going to the tent with Remy and Kenji.
In turn, Claire and Leo struggle to take care of the Auror while managing their customers. When Jean-Paul comes to take his daughter, Claire refuses to keep him next time. He goes to Patrick to ask for Manon’s help. But he will learn that this will not be possible.
Simon tries to teach Eric how to care for June, his mare, but she manages to escape. Eric tries to catch up with her, causing Ariane to be caught in the act. A colleague who comes to him gently mocks him, then asks when he plans to return to work. However, Eric insists that he doesn’t want to be a cop anymore, even though he hasn’t told Simon yet.
After which, Ariane shares coffee with Eric and Simon. He admits that he is very happy for them. He takes the opportunity to reveal to Simon that Eric has resigned. Later, Eric apologizes to Simon for lying. He says he wants to give her life a different meaning after they met. He would even be ready to settle down at home. Simon meets him with joy.
