Elliot is back!

Everyone in the Lanneau family is getting ready for the school year to begin. Ines goes to college while Zoe prepares her things for the institute. The latter is worried because she has no news from her father, who does not respond to her messages. In fact, he does not know that Stephen has abandoned them. Lionel believed that he had received a great opportunity to work in the field of security and that he was due to fly out the same day. This time, Lionel claims that their father is not responding due to the time difference with Singapore. But Zoë is convinced that her father is angry with her because of the horrible things he said to her the last time they saw each other.

At the institute, Lionel calls his father’s psychiatrist. Clinging to professional secrecy, he cannot tell her anything. If Solal thinks she should tell her sisters the truth, Lionel reminds her that Zoë doesn’t have a bachelor’s degree and that she bet everything on the institute pageant. So he doesn’t want to run the risk of getting noticed and missing out. However, Solal is convinced that the fix will help Zoe a lot. And it would help Lionel at the same time, because it’s too heavy a secret to carry on his shoulders alone.

Lionel then goes to find his sister. He meets Hortense, who welcomes Elliott, who has returned specifically to organize the pageant at Chef DeLobel’s request. Rose is excited to see her former student again.

Meanwhile, Zoe and Gary study together at CDI. But the young girl is not in the mood for that, she is obsessed with guilt over her father. His best friend suggests putting him aside at the risk of failing the competition. While he comforts her, Lionel surprises them and ultimately refuses to tell Zoe the truth.

At the park, Lionel grabs his father’s cell phone, which he left behind before he left, and pretends to use it to text Zoe that things are going well for him in Singapore.

When Elliot joins him, Lionel tells him everything that happened. At the same time, Zoe arrives, relieved and happy that her father has finally answered her. Lionel then encourages his sister to concentrate on her revisions. As the young girl leaves, Elliot realizes that Lionel is pretending to be their father and warns him of the consequences. But Lionel is willing to pay the price for his sister to succeed in her competition…

The bets are placed

At the gate of the institute, Penelope greets the candidates for the competition. Thus, he was briefly introduced to Gaspar, a little arrogant, and Colain, on the contrary, very sociable.

After which Billy and Berenice join Penelope. The girls are looking forward to being able to officially place bets on the students who will succeed in the competition. However, Berenia emphasizes that it is difficult to make a random bet.

Penelope then goes to the principal’s office and promises Antoine that she will do whatever he wants if he lets her look at the student files. If the latter refuses, the young woman still takes advantage of his absence to photograph the candidates’ files.

In the amphitheater, all the candidates meet before Antoine, DeLobel, and Eliot. Chef DeLobel explains that a former student is curating this year’s competition, then lets him speak. Elliott announces that the first pastry test led by Alice Wisberg will take place on the second day, followed by the creativity test led by Hortense Rochement on the second day, and finally the indoor test led by Stanislas Duchesne on the third and final day of the competition. . Elliott adds that there will be no elimination events. However, each test is graded and the average of these scores determines the final ranking.

Back at the park, Penelope is found by Billy, Berenice, and Carla to show her the files on the candidates she photographed. The girls begin to reason based on facial features without suspecting that Koline can hear them. The latter is completed by putting a foot into the vessel. In the hallway, Leroy calls Rose about an administrative matter.
