More cunning than ever in this new episode of the Breaking Bad prequel, Lalo forces Jimmy to go to Gus’s house and shoot him, then bring him photo evidence of the murder, or he’ll eliminate Kim, who has been holding hostages throughout the operation. . In order to protect his wife, Jimmy manages to convince him to switch roles: Kim will go and kill Gus, and he himself will remain a hostage of Lalo. His change of plans along the way is not in keeping with the usual modus operandi of a drug dealer. Accompanied by several men, Gus goes to the laboratory and falls into a trap set by his rivals.

In a highly tense encounter, Gus manages to regain the upper hand and shoot Lalo in the neck; He survives only thanks to the bulletproof vest he was wearing, but he was still hit in the side, although it wasn’t a fatal wound (since Gus wasn’t supposed to die at this point in the story, but a few years later at the hands of Lalo’s uncle, Hector Salamanca).
