The good news for The Witcher fans: Season 3 filming has already begun – more precisely from March 31st. Netflix confirms the information with the first shot of this new chapter, in which Gerald (Henry Cavill), Jennifer (Anna Chalotra) and Tsir (Freya Allen) combine on the set in a snowy setting. The shooting took place in the northeastern Slovenian town of Kraniska Gora.
In addition to this first photo, the platform provides a brief description of this third season, which is enough to allow fans to patiently get into trouble: “While the continent’s monarchs, mages, and creatures are fighting to conquer it, Geralt hides Tsiri, who is determined to protect his newly reunited family from those who will destroy him.

Showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hisrich is back in control of Season 3. The spin-off series, The Witcher: Blood Origin, is currently in post-production and should be released in 2022. As for the animation, after the success of Le Cauchemar du loup. , A new project is being prepared. The case will follow.
