The star of ‘Euphoria’ Hunter Schafer Will Make His Film Debut In Upcoming Horror Movie ‘Cuckoo’who has released her first image and confirmed more cast members.
As published by the Neon studythe first image shows Schafer’s character apparently hiding from a hooded, out-of-focus person. We don’t know what’s going on, but the hooded person looks like a pursuer, while Schafer’s character looks a bit bruised, with a bandage on his head and his arm in a cast.

Neon’s tweet also confirmed that Dan Stevens and Jessica Henwick have also joined the cast. and that the film will be released in theaters in 2023.
Stevens is known for ‘Downton Abbey’ and ‘Beauty and the Beast’, but he also appeared in ‘Legion’, the ‘X-Men’ spin-off, and in the ‘Eurovision Song Contest’ film: The story of Fire Saga’. He will also appear in the upcoming sequel ‘Godzilla vs Kong 2’.
Henwick previously appeared in Netflix’s Marvel seriesin ‘Game of Thrones’, in ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ and in last year’s film ‘The Matrix Resurrections’. She has also been cast in the upcoming sequel ‘Daggers in the Back 2’.
‘Euphoria’ was the first major project of Schafer’s career, and he received much praise for his performance. Unfortunately, ‘Euphoria’ season 2 has disappointed Jules’ characterwhich is a great shame as it had been very groundbreaking until now for teen trans representation.
“Jules is almost completely sidelined for most of this seasonmeaning their entire story basically amounts to this messy love triangle and nothing more,” we recently wrote.
“Someone as interesting and complex as Jules should never be completely defined by their relationships.“.
