red (French for retired extremely dangerous or pensioner extremely dangerous) sees four CIA agents not really happy with their retired status: Frank can’t stand being inactive, his colleague Joe plants himself in a specialized facility, Marvin uses amphetamines, and Victoria does odd jobs. It’s not easy to drop out when you’ve been a CIA agent all your life! However, when their former employer decides to eliminate these people for good, he discovers that despite their age, they are still powerful opponents…
