Forwards Gabriel Veron and Lautaro, absent, return to physical activity in the Minas Gerais team
Cruzeiro performed again this Thursday (5), after three days of rest during FIFA Data. Commander Fernando Seabra had some news: Gabriel Veron and Lautaro Díaz have been discharged from the medical department and are already training with their teammates.
The next match of the Minas Gerais team will therefore be against Sao Paulo, on the 15th at 18:30 (Brasilia time), at the Mineirão stadium. Both teams are fighting for a position within the G6.
Gabriel Veron, in fact, had suffered a muscle injury to his left thigh on July 20, during the match against Palmeiras, and had been in transition for a month. The striker was in the team when he had to leave for medical treatment.
Lautaro, for his part, did not have any injuries, but was excluded from the matches against Inter and Atlético-GO, both at the Mineirão, due to muscle wasting.
The Minas Gerais team is still working to recover Rafa Silva, who has not played since June. Dinneno and Japa are also recovering, but their cases are more serious because they both underwent surgery. The Argentine striker injured the anterior collateral ligament in his right knee, while the midfielder fractured his right foot.
