15 years after the loss of the FBI, what happened to its hero Anthony LaPaglia?

Actor Anthony LaPaglia is best known for his role as FBI agent John Michael “Jack” Malone in the TV series FBI: Missing. The series has been broadcast in France since 2004 and has been a staple of Monday evenings on France 2 for almost seven years. To recall, the show saw Jack and his team trying to find missing people and explain their actions.

Jack is the director of this service, who also has a difficult married life and a difficult relationship with his father. In addition to 160 episodes of “FBI,” Anthony LaPaglia reprises his role as Jack Maloney in an episode of CSI, another series from the same creator. But in 2009, after declining audiences and high costs, FBI: Missing was canceled by CBS, and LaPaglia, like the rest of the team, was out of a job.

But it is on the small screen that he returns to Vito Rizzuto, the boss of the Montreal mafia in the film Bad Blood (2017), and then to the billionaire Konstantine Clios in Riviera.

It was on Netflix that he then renewed the series Florida Man (2023), in which he portrays the father of the hero played by Edgar Ramírez, and Boy and the World (2024), in which he plays a drug dealer.
