1) The family home is real

Far beyond the picturesque cities, the family home of Lucas Silva e Silva is real and is located in the capital of São Paulo, right there in Vila Madalena. More precisely in Rua Zarapa, 97.

Imagine walking right in front of the door of that house that was part of the series, the image was marked since the opening to the family routine, such as the bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and the yard, where they lived.

2) Lucas Silva and Silva is also Pedrinho de Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum

What many people don’t know is that the same actor who played Lucas Silva e Silva in Mundo da Lua is also our beloved Pedrinho, one of the main sons of Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum.

3) Lucas’ mother was actually pregnant

In the series, Lucas’ mother, played by actress Mira Haar, was expecting a child and, in fact, the actress was pregnant with her second child.

So, if you thought watching the series that the belly was fake, you are wrong, my dear friend! But another fact about the actress is even more interesting, since she was married to the actor who in real life played Lucas’ uncle, the actor and also creator of the series, Flávio de Souza.

And if you think you stopped there, wait for the next curious piece of information! The couple’s two sons also acted in Mundo da Lua, Leonardo Haar was Diego from Los Angeles and Teodoro was the one born during the recordings, called Eduardo, namesake of his father’s character.

4) Star-studded cast

Mundo da Lua was so incredible not only for its stories, but also for the greatness of the actors who brought the characters to life, like Lucas Silva e Silva’s father, played by none other than Antônio Fagundes.

The main team also included: Gianfrancesco Guarnieri, Anna D’Lira, Mira Haar, Mayana Blum. Not to mention the special appearances of actress Marisa Orth, who played the role of Monalisa, Lucas’ favorite singer.

Also present on the program were: Edson Celulari, who played São Jorge in Lucas’s imaginary world, and the young Caio Blat, who was a music star and member of the band Big Bad Boys.

5) The series made predictions that actually came true

Amazing! Lucas Silva and Silva had a power that even the author of the series did not know, he made predictions about what would happen in the future and off screen.

In three episodes, Lucas dreamed of a lack of water in the city, similar to the water crisis that hit São Paulo in 2014), the fourth football world championship (title won two years later) and an accident during a car racing championship (first the death of Ayrton Senna in Formula 1, in 1994).

It is worth remembering that the series was produced until 1992. In other words, the facts really prove this theory of Mundo da Lua’s predictions.
