THE SBT does not want problems among the candidates for mayor of São Paulo this Friday (20) and to this end intends to respect the rules established with the opinion of the politicians.
According to the information obtained from RD1in the first block, questions between candidates with different topics. The agendas will be drawn up by the mediator, Caesar Filho.
Question of 30s, answer of 1min and 30s, plus answer and counter-reply of 1min each. Candidates will be informed of the time elapsed for each participation by a timer present in the studio.
In case of failure to respect the time, something seen in the Debate on RedeTV! last Tuesday (17)The mediator will interrupt the candidate’s speech, continuing the debate.

In the second block, the round of questions will be carried out by journalists, without repeating the candidates. Response time of 1 minute and 30 seconds. A second candidate will be chosen to comment for 1 minute.
In the third block, a new round of questions between candidates with different topics selected randomly, at the same times as the first block, and final considerations.
Another important factor is the right of reply. SBT will not accept personal insults from candidates, who may be charged with an additional minute of response.
The request will be presented to the mediator at the time of the crime or at the end of the block. A legal body formed by the promoters of the debate will determine whether there has been a summons justifying the right of reply.
Any cases of slander, insult or defamation will be considered as a personal offense. The right to reply will be exercised at any time within the block in which it was requested or at the beginning of the next one.
