Influencer Gato Preto, Bia Miranda’s current boyfriend, is accused of fraud and embezzlement for promoting the “Euro platform,” an alleged scam in which Internet users allegedly deposit sums of R$ 35 to obtain a return of R$ 208 on the platform. The information comes from columnist Fábia Oliveira.

According to the report, one of the boy’s followers filed a police complaint after losing money due to misleading advertising. In the ad, Gato Preto also “teaches” his followers how to multiply the amount deposited, including changing the currency from Real to Euro.

“The digital influencer demonstrated step by step in his Instagram story how to deposit R$35 and withdraw R$208.95. He provides a link for registration and deposit, where he performs the entire operation and makes the withdrawal. However, it is a fraud, a fraudulent practice,” said the complainant, who preferred not to identify himself.

“Not only me, but several people on the internet have already reported him with fingerprints and he continues with the practice of fraud and scam, deceiving his followers. And there are several people, we have lost our money with this illicit practice,” continued the Internet user, contacting the columnist about the accusations.

In addition to the police records, the complainant also posted comments from other victims who were waiting for their investment to be returned. “This platform is the biggest fake. I lost 2 times in this race. Oh oh,” said one profile. “I made a withdrawal on ‘Bet Viva’ and nothing happened. It’s been 3 weeks,” another user reported. “I did it and they say I have to play. This is a scam, that’s it. I put money in to go to work thinking I’ll get it out,” complained a third, marking the profiles of Gato Preto and Bia Miranda.

Gato Preto, whose real name is Samuel Sant’anna, is already facing problems in court due to the delay in paying child support, despite having an arrest warrant issued.
