Title begins when a water main break creates a huge sinkhole right in front of Bob’s Burgersthe Belcher hamburger restaurant, a dysfunctional family that runs this peculiar business located between a crematorium and the headquarters of an organization that fights for animal rights.

The water disaster blocks the entrance to the burger joint indefinitely, scuppering the Belchers’ plans for the summer. “The beloved sitcom’s big-screen debut reveals no big surprises… and nobody gives a damn,” explains Amy Nicholson in Variety.

“It accomplishes the difficult task of expanding the range of the series enough to make it feel cinematic without losing the fundamentally playful spirit of the source material,” underlines Keith Watson in slant.

“‘The Bob’s Burgers Movie’ is a fucking delight, a lot of fun, and most sweet and charming,” notes Sarah Jane in austin chronicle.

In its original version in English, ‘Bob’s Burgers: The Movie’ has voices as outstanding as those of Kristen Schaal, H. Jon Benjamin, John Roberts, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman, Larry Murphy, Zach Galifianakis, Kevin Kline, and David Wain.

We don’t know if it will end up among the 50 best animated films in history, but it is certainly one of the essential titles of 2022.
