Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Thursday, September 26, 2024 [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil airing tomorrow night on France 3! If you don’t want to know anything, don’t read the following!

On Thursday 26 September at Un si grand soleil…

23’s killer begins to act

Early in the morning, Manu and Elise go to Celine’s house and inform her that she has been taken to the police station. Arriving at the police station, Captain Leon pressures the young woman to know the name of his accomplice as well as the killer’s hideout. Crying, Celine doesn’t understand what she’s doing there.

The commissioner then shows him photos of the killer’s first two victims, as well as Evan and Alex. Although she’s not sure she recognizes them all, Celine thinks she’s spent a few nights with these men she met on a dating app. While Manu tries to find out where Alex is, Celine replies that she doesn’t know anything. He explains that a police officer came to his house the evening before he left to do some shopping. He has not had any news since then. Full of tears, the young woman swears that she did not kill anyone.

Later, Manu, Hugo, and Commissioner Becker are evaluated, and suffice it to say, Manu and Hugo begin to believe that Celine had nothing to do with it. Indeed, the forensic doctor believes that he did not know the bait. In other words, someone is preying on the men she meets without her knowledge. After joining them, Elise informs them that she found something interesting while searching Celine’s house.

In the interrogation room, Manu and Elise show Celine the Cave Birds vinyl as well as the book “Night of the 23rd” found in her house. Celine then says she gave the book to a man she met on the Affinity app. Finding it very strange, Celine ended their story before blocking her number.

After some research, Eliza discovers the address of this man, a certain Sylvain Perret. Commissioner Becker and his teams immediately went there, but it was too late. Alex and Evan are no longer there.

Meanwhile, Sylvain Perret takes Alex and Evan into the woods and then orders them to get down on their knees. They handcuff each other. The killer then places a speaker on the floor and plays the music he uses at every crime scene. When Alex realizes he’s going to die, he tries to figure out if he’s doing all of this because of Celine. Sylvain then asks him how it feels to sleep with someone else’s wife while he loads his gun.

A few seconds later, several shots are fired…

Elliott was released from prison

In the morning, Muriel receives a call from Florentine, who informs her that Elliott’s release has been moved to 2:00 PM instead of noon. After warning Boris that he was taking the day off, the young woman rushed into the center of the prison with Tomas. Happy to see them again, Elliot kisses Muriel gently before holding their son.

The whole family then meets Eva and Charles at the marina. Indeed, they have a pleasant surprise for Elliot: they have found him an electric car so he can start his VTC driver career. A delighted Elliot thanks them and then they all go to the savages to celebrate his release.

Meanwhile, Boris has trouble concentrating. And for good reason, he thinks about the last evening he spent with Muriel. He later joins his sister and ends up telling her about the young woman, as well as their night together.

Not far from there, Elliot is happy because he has put his son to bed for the first time. Muriel, on the other hand, is happy and tries to hide her emotion. It is then that Elliot assures her that this is the end of their nightmare and that he will finally be able to take care of them. The couple share a kiss before sharing an intimate moment.
