Friday, September 27 in a more beautiful life, even more beautiful…
Jean-Paul looks old
After receiving Lea’s message, Jean-Paul rushes to his house. When he arrives, he learns that Lucy has once again been expelled from a colleague for badmouthing a teacher on social media. It’s too much for Jean-Paul.
Later that day, at Mistral’s medical office, Leah asks Lucy to write a letter admitting her mistakes. Lucy confides in her mother-in-law that she’s afraid of a repeat of last year’s harassment, so she’s rebelling to be treated better.
Leah tries to get him to react by saying: “Are you getting revenge by doing the same to your headmaster?”. This sentence seems to make a teenager think.
Jean-Paul, on the other hand, comes to the office and asks his daughter how she feels. Lucy makes him read her letter and explains that she understands why he was angry. Jean-Paul is reassuring, but the new element can quickly frustrate.
Indeed, Lucy tells him that she wants the HPV vaccination to protect her sex life. Jean-Paul did not expect such a statement. He is not ready to see his little girl grow up.
Will Mirta follow Robert?
At the Masalia residence, Yolande informs Jules that she is feeling much better than last week’s lethargy. He promises that he is happy for Mirta. But is it really so?
Yolande tells Jules that she too wants to find love by signing up for a dating site. The young man thinks this is a great decision. He takes the opportunity to tell her that his grandfather suffered a lot because his wife left him for another woman.
Later that day, Mirta asks Yolande for her opinion on something important. Indeed, Robert wants to go to Mexico to clean beaches as part of the association, and he wants her to accompany him. But Mirta hesitates because she doesn’t know him well.
Against all odds, Yolande advises him to take it, which reassures Mirta of her choice. But the latter forgot to tell him an important detail: this environmental mission will last for a month.
Yolande starts to panic. How will he survive without his best friend? Mirta promises to help him find a replacement. Will they find it in time?
Vanessa Kepler, Alone Against All
At Mistral, Luna informs Thomas (Laurent Kerussorre) that Barbara (Léa François) has an idea to get rid of Vanessa (Agathe de la Boulaye). Thomas does not calm down at all, he is afraid that the situation will worsen, but he agrees to help his friends.
At the same time, Samuel finds Jean-Paul in front of the police station. Jean-Paul discovers that his colleague has gone to the morgue without him, which surprises him. Samuel gives him a little recap of what the doctors said: they might have made a mistake between Cyrus’s body and someone else’s. Is he lying to protect Jennifer (Diane Dassin)?
On the other hand, Vanessa goes to the flower pavilion. Blanche locks him in and Barbara steals the phone. They are trying to pressure him. Jennifer arrives and forces Kepler to unlock her phone.
Meanwhile, Ulysses (Jeremy Charvette) goes to Mistral to sign a contract with Thomas and Killian. Surprised that her mother isn’t there yet, she’s about to call when suddenly Luna grabs her hard drive with audio recordings and throws it into a pot of boiling water.
Now that they have the green light, Blanche, Jennifer and Barbara free Vanessa Kepler. The latter informs them that he is suing them: “You’ve just started a war you have no idea about.”. Blanche replies, “We will protect ourselves, we have hope”. The three women comfort each other and hug each other.
The four Mistraliens meet to toast their victory. At the same time, Vanessa finds her son. He asks her what was so important about that hard drive and Vanessa replies: “What a child should not know.”
To hide her grief, Vanessa offers Ulysses a visit to Ophel’s family restaurant, but the latter replies that she already has a meal planned, as does her sister. Vanessa is alone with her defeat.
In the flower pavilion, someone knocks on the door. It is Jean-Paul who has come to talk to Blanche. A police officer reports that his “stolen” car has been found. Will they make a connection with Cyrus?
