Eric Clapton will conclude the Brazilian tour with a show at Allianz Park. Tickets are sold out and the estimated audience is 50 thousand people. The tour celebrates the 60-year career of the musician, who played with emblematic bands in the history of rock – The Yardbirds, Cream, Blind Faith and Derek and the Dominos, and later established himself as a solo artist.
The recital’s repertoire is based on the blues, a genre that Clapton brought to the radio and to which he has always referred. There are covers by masters of the style such as Robert Johnson, Bo Diddley and Willie Dixon.
