Ludo takes action against the hunters
At dawn, Ludo is showing Mark around the plot where he raises his chanterelles when he hears a hunter shooting nearby. Ludo then states that he feels like he’s risking his life every time he comes here and then shows Mark the bullet holes in the tree trunks. After taking a photo of them, the journalist tries to find out what is expected of him. Therefore, Ludo explains that he hopes to talk about his call to demonstrate next Thursday for a hunting boycott in his article. Ultimately, his ambition would be to ban hunting on Wednesdays and Sundays.
For his part, Tom ruins his friend Romeo’s cannabis plans. When he sees Mark and Ludo on the path, he hides behind the young trees.
Mark later meets Lionel, a client of Master Lewars who is also the head of the Hunter Federation. The latter explained to the journalist that hunters are necessary for the regulation of the forest ecosystem. When he talks about the safety issues associated with hunting, Lionel claims that they are relentless about it. He also specifies that they never start a hunt without warning signs. In his eyes, the forest belongs to everyone, including hunters.
At the end of the meeting, Lionel calls Master Levar to offer a hunting trip next Thursday to prepare a small welcoming committee for environmentalists who want to disrupt their hunt. The lawyer tries to advise him not to do such a thing, but to no avail.
Eliot begins his new work
In the morning, Elliot prepares his son’s bottle and reminds Muriel that he has an appointment with his mother to collect the keys to the garage. While the young woman tries to figure out if she’s sure about going back to work, Elliot points out that he wants to earn money to help her take care of her family responsibilities. Muriel then says that she is lucky to have him in her life.
Later, Eve shows Elliott a garage where he can store his car but also do the accounting for his new VTC company. Because he’ll have a lot to pay for, Elliott wants to get started quickly. Words that make Eva proud of her.
For her part, Elizabeth notices that Muriel is glowing today. While he asks how Elliot is doing after being released from prison, Muriel tells him that he has decided to start his own business as a VTC driver. Hearing this, Elizabeth offers to put him on the OCI driver list and Muriel promises to talk him out of it.
Boris then interrupts their conversation and informs them that the cosmetic designer Victoire Delorme is visiting the Montpellier trade show. Figuring that it would be a good idea to meet her, Elisabeth urges Boris to contact her as quickly as possible.
Meanwhile, Elliot goes to work and goes shopping. Later, he gets a call from Lucas, his former cellmate, who asks for news. When the young man tells him that the business is off to a slow start, Lucas reminds him that his friend Curtis is always looking for men he can trust with his business. However, Elliott replies that he has settled down and can’t afford to do stupid things anymore.
Meanwhile, Boris tells Muriel that they have a meeting with Victoire Delorme on Thursday evening. Since he already has a family commitment that day, he gets annoyed with Boris and reminds him of the importance of this interview. For Muriel, she will make it on her own.
At the end of the day, Eliot picks up Muriel at the exit of L. Cosmétiques and then takes her to a cottage for a small romantic dinner. Muriel’s opportunity to tell him about Elizabeth’s proposal. If he finds it enjoyable, Elliot refuses because he doesn’t want to mix the professional and personal.
Not far from there, Boris questions Charles about Eliot’s release from prison. So Charles tells him that he just started his VTC driver company. Boris thinks it must be difficult for him to choose this path when he planned to become a veterinarian. However, Charles was well aware that his friend was particularly interested in Muriel. Which is why she asks him to let her go, before clarifying that things have been going well between them since Elliot got out of prison.
Johanna finds out that she is not pregnant
Today is the day that Ian and Johanna will find out if they are going to have a baby. Therefore, early in the morning, the policeman offers his partner to accompany him for a blood test, but the latter replies that it is not necessary. He then promises to call her as soon as he gets the results and won’t open the email in her absence.
When night falls, Ian returns home to find Johanna. An impatient couple sits in front of a computer, then opens an email containing blood test results. Unfortunately, IVF did not work and Johanna is not pregnant. Disappointment for the policeman who breaks a vase in anger.
