Arrascaeta and injuries

Furthermore, the Uruguayan midfielder spoke after the video about how the treatment has changed his way of thinking about injuries, something very common in a player’s life.

“Even in the context of football. As I said, at the time of injuries, you know that if you give everything you have, injuries will become part of our daily lives, they can happen in training or in matches. It is important to know who is doing what needs to be done. So whatever happens, you’re already prepared to deal with it,” he said.
