Boris admits
As part of the investigation into Eliot’s murder, Muriel and Boris are taken into police custody. Alerted by the police, Eva then goes to her daughter-in-law to take care of Thomas.
Boris is waiting for questioning at the police station. An opportunity to recall what happened on the day Elliott died. She was putting Thomas to sleep when Elliot showed up at Muriel’s house. Enraged, the latter then severely hit Boris, who fell to the ground. During interrogation, Boris claims that he had vagal discomfort, but Thierry finds it hard to believe.
Muriel is also questioned. As he already explained, the young woman claims that she was at work when Boris called her and warned her that she was having vaginal discomfort. Sensing that something serious had happened, he rushed home as quickly as possible to make sure everything was okay.
Alex then reveals to her that her phone was connected near the crime scene on the night of Elliot’s murder, and that a bloody shoe was found in her house.
He then admits, “I was at my desk when Boris called me. I realized something serious was happening, so I ran back home as quickly as possible.“. Upon arrival, Elliott had already left with her son. The panicked young woman immediately called Charles. Although she had no idea of her best friend’s plan, she knew he had a hiding place near Mawson. Muriel immediately went there and found Elliott dead. She then retrieved her son before leaving the stage. She adds, “I brought Thomas home. Boris was still at home, I explained everything to him and we agreed to tell the same version of the facts“.
In turn, Catherine tells Lorin that Boris has been arrested in connection with Eliot’s murder. While Lauryn is convinced that her brother is involved in the story, her mother flatly refuses to believe it. He then calls former prosecutor Bernier.
At the same time, Alex is convinced that Boris is covering for his partner, interrogates him again and pressures him to confess. Despite everything, the young man insists that Muriel did not kill Elliot.
Not far from there, Manu tells Eva that Elliot tried to kidnap Toma so he could run away with her. He also specifies that Muriel is suspected of killing him. A story that Eva finds completely absurd. Even if Manu finds this advantage plausible, he reminds her that they cannot rule out the possibility of settling scores.
Thierry goes to Charles’ office, who confirms that Muriel called him to find out where Elliot was. However, the young man pretends that he has never been there.
At the end of the day, Florenti asks Alex and Thierry to come to the interrogation room because his client needs to make a statement. “Muriel had nothing to do with Eliot’s murder. It has nothing to do with it, because Eliot Faure, it was I who killed himHe told them.
