Will Laetitia pass the first test of the championship?

After Du Chesnay violently shoved her at the door the day before, Letizia finds him on the grounds of the institute to confront him about it. She realizes that she doesn’t remember it. She tries to remind him that he took her for his wife Madeleine before he abused her. Hippolyte apologizes to him and assures him that it will not happen again. Laetitia still thinks it is more reasonable to withdraw from the championship. But Hippolyte categorically refuses.

A little later, everyone meets Double A. Franck Vallière explains that the first elimination test consists of part theory questions and part practical demonstration, all timed. Each candidate draws a different theme.

Thibaut went first. He came across the making of sommeliers, a field he knew very well because his mother was a sommelier. The jury gives it 4/5 points. Bill then hits the roast beef and does a great 5/5. Finally, it’s Laetitia’s turn to come across the cheese. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have an answer to one of the theoretical questions, and then he uses the wrong knife to cut the mimolette. However, he comes out with a score of 2/5, which allows him to stay for the second test, which is about creativity.

Laetitia apologizes to her coach, who is quite defeated. While Stanislaus observes the situation, Hippolytus urges the young woman to spread her arms and fight.

Returning home, Thibaut meets his brother, who congratulates him on his success in the first event of the championship. The young man says that he has no merit, because he came across a subject that he is excellent at. Thibault takes the opportunity to tell Jim that he’s not only back for the championship, but for him. He was just afraid that he was still jealous of Jasmine. Eventually, the Leroys reconciled around the Croque-Monsieur recipe from childhood.

Meanwhile, in the locker room, Billy congratulates Laetitia, genuinely happy that she’s still in the race. He hopes that both of them will meet face to face in the final of the championship. Bill also questions Du Chesnay’s coaching methods. Laetitia confirms that she is thoroughly encouraged and that everything is going well. Once in the park, Billy meets Leonard and can’t help but talk about what he saw. They immediately suspect that Hippolyte is hitting on the young woman, as he did with David in the past. Leonard believes they can’t keep it to themselves…

Delobel opposes the module on Saneka

With Swamp’s roommate Vicki, Enzo reads an article about Chef Saneca’s restaurant struggling to attract customers after the latter’s disappearance. He then realizes that Amy has heard everything. She confides that she thinks her father is a coward, that he was only thinking about his restaurant and not his family when he killed himself. However, his restaurant is all that remains of him and he fully intends to take back the reins. Enzo assures him that he is in the right place for that.

At the Institute, Enzo finds Rose and Chef Listrac, who have been briefly tutoring the Master’s students. The young man suggested that he organize a module around the recipes of Chef Saneka, who was especially a leader in Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine. Olivia is ready for it. However, Rose wants him to ask Amy for permission.

Enzo and Olivia immediately ask Amy for her opinion, explaining that their goal is to introduce the students to their late father’s cooking business. After some reflection, Amy gives them her consent. At the same time, Delobal interrupts them. He takes the two supervisors aside to express his disagreement with the idea of ​​this module. He argues that Amy is too fragile to be objective. As the director of the institute leaves, Olivia confides in Enzo that the latter has always been in a rivalry with Chief Saneka. It therefore suggests that this rivalry continues today.

Mateo finds Jude in the park and offers him coffee. He takes the opportunity to share with her the realization he had while living with Laneo. She asks her boyfriend to forgive her. In return he admits to being somewhat manic. So the couple decides to live together with every effort.
