2. 20th century girl
The end of high school can feel like the beginning of a new life, and in the ’90s, it didn’t feel much different. In 20th Century Girl, set at the turn of the century in 1999, Na Bo-ra discreetly investigates the boy her best friend has a crush on and begins to fall in love with her best friend. But he discovers that he has always followed the wrong person.
3. Alex strange love
This teenage romance shows how love can be a strange game when you’re new. The protagonist, Alex Truelove, is a good student and has an incredible girlfriend, with whom he intends to lose his virginity.

5. You can’t even imagine
In the acclaimed 2020 teen romance, shy and lonely Ellie is recruited by sweet but unsophisticated Paul to help him win over his boy’s crush, the beautiful and popular Aster. Ellie accepts the mission and forms a friendship with Paulo, but doesn’t admit that she too is in love with Aster.
6. Let the snow fall
The film is set on Christmas Eve in a small town, where high school students must deal with secret crushes, dream colleges and the unexpected arrival of a pop star.

In the Polish drama based on the books by Natalia Osińska, the protagonist is a teenager struggling with his gender identity. Student Tosiek is a transgender man. During her transition, she encounters resistance from many people, but receives sympathy and solidarity from her classmate Leon, with whom she develops a romance.

In this teenage romance, two young people start out as rivals and co-captains of the school debate team. In the midst of the drama of applying to college and preparing for the debate tournament, they begin to realize that they have some things in common and that they really like each other.
9. Incredible places
The story shows that love can be an incredible place even in the darkest of times. Also based on a book, the drama begins when teenagers Finch and Violet become partners on a class project that requires them to explore the US state of Indiana.
Each of them is haunted by their own trauma, but they find understanding with each other. Connection may not be the cure for their pain, which doesn’t make the connection between them any less profound.
