Candidates interested in competing for the 3,511 vacant positions in the new competition for Mail Now you can register on the website Brazilian Training and Capture Institute (IBFC), the event organizing committee. There will be 3,511 vacancies, 3,099 of which will be mid-level (agent) and another 412 will be higher-level (analyst), with salaries ranging from R$2,429.26 to R$10,302. Registration fees cost R$39.80 for secondary level and R$42 for higher education. Bone marrow donors from entities registered with the Ministry of Health and those registered with CadÚnico are entitled to exemption from the registration fee.
Registrations will be open until the 28th of this month. According to the calendar published in the notices, the tests for all positions will take place on 15 December (see details in the program at the end of this text).
In both cases (agent and analyst), 10% of the vacancies will be reserved for people with disabilities and 30% for black or indigenous people.
The role that the agents will have to play is that of postman, with a salary of R$ 2,429.26. As for analysts, vacancies are available for systems analyst, architect, archivist, social worker and engineer (civil, manufacturing, network and communications, telecommunications, electrical).
The base salary for higher level positions is R$6,872.48. However, in the case of engineer and architect vacancies, there will be a salary supplement which will bring the value to R$10,302.
According to the notice, this was done to comply with federal legislation that establishes a minimum threshold for these two categories.
All external collaborators (agents and analysts) will also be provided with meal vouchers or food worth approximately R$ 1,400. Benefits also include transportation vouchers, day care or babysitting, and the ability to have a health plan and supplementary pension.
Test content and program
In both cases, candidates will take an objective test consisting of Portuguese language, mathematics, computer skills, code of ethical conduct and integrity, and specific knowledge.
In the case of candidates for higher level positions, an essay is also required.
