Bill confides his suspicions to Stanislas

At the institute, Bill and Leonard quickly confront Laetitia about the abuse they believe she is being subjected to by Hippolyte du Chesnay. Bill explains that he saw her bruises on her lower back. Laetitia claims she fell alone. But Bill points out that that’s the kind of apology David said when Butler hit him. When Laetitia interrupts to say that everything is going very well, Billy only becomes more suspicious.

A little later, Stanislaus finds Laetitia in the park while studying to wish her luck on the day’s test. He advises her to let her unique personality shine and gives her gloves with a golden bird embroidered on them to symbolize her flight. Stanislas tells his partner that he should not doubt his place in the profession and that he has every chance. Laetitia is deeply troubled. they kiss

Then everyone gathers at Double A for a creativity test: the candidates have three hours to set the table in accordance with the menu created by one of the judges. Hippolytus and Stanislas encourage Laetitia. He starts with a very personal presentation, with a colorful tablecloth and a golden bird motif that he paints on the plates himself. Facing questions from the jury, the young woman explains her desire to discredit the formality of a gourmet restaurant in order to focus on the pleasure of sharing that the menu inspires in her.

After which, Frank Vallier appeals to Hippolyte so that they can interview another candidate. But Laetitia notices that her coach is not there. In response, she deliberately drops the glass on the floor. Unfortunately, things take a turn for the worse as Hippolytus goes missing during jury deliberations. Stanislaus offers to go, but Laetitia insists on doing it herself.

A young woman finds her coach in the middle of a crisis in the school greenhouse. In fact, it searches all the boxes looking for its keys. Laetitia then reminds him of today’s date and the circumstances. Still in the present moment, Hippolyte admits how much her illness complicates her daily life. Laetitia suggests getting information about caregiving and finding ways to ease Alzheimer’s symptoms. Bill, who followed Laetitia, arrives just as Hippolytus thanks him for his silence.

After everyone returns to Double A, the jury announces the results of the test: Billy gets 2.5/5 points, Thibault 3/5, as for Laetitia, she leads with 5/5. Stanislas immediately congratulates him. Laetitia admits to him that she succeeded thanks to him and his valuable advice. Butler then reassures Billy about his report. But the girl seems concerned and asks to speak with him in private.

Outside, Bill confides his suspicions to Stanislas about the acts of violence that Letitia is a victim of at the hands of Hippolyte. The young man immediately confronts his father, who completely denies his accusations. But Stanislas doesn’t stop there, and the two men confront each other despite Bill’s efforts to separate them. Stanislas then punches his father in the face, who falls to the ground…

Amy is deeply disappointed

At Swamp’s roommate, Enzo discovers that Amy has been up all night cooking her father’s recipes, excited about the idea of ​​a module dedicated to her. When Enzo tells her that DeLobelle has decided to cancel it, the young woman angrily throws all the dishes in the trash.

At the institute, Rose and Enzo take the master’s students to an atelier that has been converted into a training restaurant. In fact, each young chef will be able to test his concept there for a month by organizing a rotation. Everyone is amazed, especially with the central island that allows you to cook in front of customers. Quentin then points out that this type of structure is often used in Japan. This gives the idea to Enzo, who takes Master’s co-director on the side.

Enzo suggests that the opening luncheon of the atelier, scheduled for the next day, be given over to Chef Saneca’s kitchen. But his colleague does not want to alienate DeLabel from the beginning of the school year.

Later, Rose approaches Amy in the park. He admits to being upset about his father’s cancellation of his cooking module. Rose then talks to him about her own experience of grieving after Auguste’s death. She sympathizes with Amy, who realizes that working in her father’s kitchen allows her to somehow reconnect with him.

Thel notices Solal and Zoe getting closer

In the studio, Zoe makes a tarte tatin, but it fails. Solal then gives him some tips to make it up to him. In passing, Thelma invites them to an event she plans to go to that evening in Montpellier. But they refuse because they have already scheduled a tarte tatin tasting session.

Later, Thelma takes on an OZ challenge with Malik and Gary, which involves swallowing 10 spoonfuls of disgusting soup. Thelma takes the opportunity to talk about Gary Solal and Zoe getting close. But Gary is sure he already knew if someone would like his best friend.

In the evening Solal and Zoe meet again in the boarding house. They draw each other’s portraits for fun. While Solal is trying to get Zoe’s notebook, Gary enters the room and startles them with laughter. Embarrassed, he prefers to leave both of them.
