Johanna is very pregnant
After finding out that Johanna was pregnant, Ian was very caring. Although Johanna asks him not to get too excited before the blood test, Ian is confident that they will become parents. On the cloud, he tells her that he has never been so happy in his life and it is all thanks to him. Ian kisses her, tells her he loves her, then goes to work. Once alone, Johanna opens up her computer and researches prenatal paternity tests.
Later, Johanna is at the office and receives the results of a blood test, which confirms that she is indeed pregnant. It’s good news that she tells Sabine right away. The latter, happy with him, congratulates him. Johanna then asks her not to get kidnapped because this is just the beginning and she wants to be careful. Sabine urges him to be happy in spite of everything. After hanging up, Johanna calls Ian but gets his answering machine. So she leaves a message to confirm that she is indeed pregnant.
At the police station, Ian finds Hugo in his lab when he receives a message from his partner. Happy, Ian tells Hugo the good news and begins to realize that he is about to become a father. Overjoyed, Hugo and Ian start dancing around the lab singing “You’re going to have a baby, you’re going to be a dad” before jumping into each other’s arms.
Tom will be brought before a judge
In the morning, Maeva informs Thais that Tom is suspected of beating a hunter in the forest. Maeva, convinced of her friend’s innocence, asks the young woman to learn about her case. Unfortunately, Thais can’t help him because he’s not allowed to.
At the police station, Commissioner Becker and his teams assess the investigation. Ian confirms to them that Romeo was indeed at sea during Levars’ attack. However, the teenager admitted that the plantation belonged to him and that he had asked Tom to water it in his absence. So Commissioner Becker says they will be able to prosecute both of them for drug trafficking. As for Lewars’ aggression, he instructs his teams to focus on Tom. The latter’s imprisonment is over, the commissioner decides to send him.
Later, Claudine accompanies Tom to see Judge Laplace. Nervous, the lawyer gives him some advice, then assures him that he will avoid prosecution and take the stand as a supporting witness.
In the afternoon, Tom joins Maeva on the beach. After she grabs him, the young woman hits him, then tries to figure out why she did it. Tom then admits to her that he wanted to help pay for the exhibition. As far as he is concerned, Tom swears that he did not beat the man to death. Maeve, who believes, kisses her.
Elliot cheats on Muriel
Eliot questions Muriel about the amount she could have received in the case of a normal termination. Although he really likes the idea of starting a business with her, the young woman reminds him that they haven’t done anything yet. Elliot gets annoyed and thinks that his partner does not want to have a relationship with him. For her part, Muriel gets angry and tells him that’s not how business starts, before specifying that she hasn’t heard from Charles’ uncle yet.
Elliott, however, is confident he will. That’s why he needs his full time to turn all the odds in their favor. But for Muriel, they can’t afford it. If he joins it, he will not be there for even a year, and they will provide a salary. According to him, they have no risk of losing their jobs. Although Eliot criticizes her for having an answer for everything, Muriel replies that she is pragmatic and clear. Annoyed, she concludes by saying that she loves her job and that just because she had an idea doesn’t mean she has to give it all up overnight. Angered, Elliot leaves the door.
Muriel then goes to L. Cosmétiques where she finds a tired Boris. When he mentions his meeting with Victoire the day before, the young man shrugs it off and quickly ends the conversation by printing out a file. Immediately, Boris receives a message from Victoire, telling him that she had a nice night in her company. However, this young man is not reading, it is Muriel.
Meanwhile, Charles tells Elliott that his uncle refuses to invest in his project because he has just been released from prison. A heavy blow for a young man who already thinks that his partner will leave him in Boris. Charles then realizes that his friend wanted to start a business so that Muriel would leave L. Cosmétiques and never see Boris again. Elliot makes him realize that he’s not making this box for fun, and then sharply attacks Charles. Annoyed, the latter mentions everything he has done for her and asks her to leave. Elliot then apologizes to her, but the damage is already done.
Afterwards, Elliot calls his former cellmate and then asks if his friend Curtis’ plan is working.
Not far from there, Muriel admits that Boris read Victoire’s message earlier in the day. Now convinced that they’ve spent the night together, she makes him realize that sleeping with a partner isn’t very professional. After smiling, Boris says that he is jealous, which he argues about. When Boris approaches and then kisses her, Muriel pushes him away and orders him to leave.
As night falls, Elliot joins Curtis in the underground parking lot. The latter, in need of a driver, offers transportation from point A to point B for 1,000 euros per day. Elliot immediately realizes that at this price it is not meant for tourism, but still promises to think about it.
Returning home, Elliott finds Muriel telling him that she is leaving L. Cosmétiques so they can start their own business. Delighted, Eliot makes him believe that Charles’ uncle has agreed to lend him the money. He then texts Curtis to tell him he’s willing to be his driver.
