Stanislas reveals his father’s secret

In the management office, Laetitia meets Stanislas and takes the opportunity to ask him about the news about her father. However, he did not answer her calls all weekend. Furthermore, Stanislaus accuses Laetitia of false sympathy. In his eyes, he has no reason to hide his father’s illness, except for his own interests and, therefore, to participate in the Maitre d’ Championship. If Laetitia wants to make things right, Stanislaus prefers that they keep their distance. On his way out of the office, he meets Antoine, who comes in and collects the secrets of a grieving Laetitia.

Meanwhile, on the grounds of the Institute, Jimmy and Jasmine congratulate Bill on his championship win. The young girl admits that it is difficult to fully enjoy it after Laetitia, who still had every chance, left the competition. As Bill leaves, Jimmy thanks his girlfriend for helping him connect with his brother. He is now back in Lille, but their relationship is much better.

A little later, Stanislaus finds his father and asks for forgiveness for hitting him. Now that she knows about his illness, he wants to support her and offers to take her to the clinic. But Hippolytus declares that he will see it with his wife – a statement he immediately forgets. When Stanislaus points this out, he minimizes the situation. He asks his son to keep it all to himself. In return, he promises to take care of her.

For her part, Laetitia expresses her deep sorrow to the Laneaus and realizes that she has lost everything. Lionel still tries to open his eyes and remember that he could have told Stanislas the truth in the first place. But Laetitia denies it.

At the end of the day, Antoine accompanies Frank Vallier with Hippolyte. Frank then announces that the latter will come with him to an establishment in Paris as head waiter. Due Chesney proudly confirms this.

Antoine immediately goes to talk to Stanislas about this and discovers that the latter did not know about his father at all. And he is not going to let go in his condition to work in Paris. So he decides to warn Frank Vallier about his father’s illness.

As soon as Hippolytus learns about this, he becomes angry. He finds Stanislas on the grounds of the institute and accuses him of betraying the secret. The young man justifies himself by saying that he acted for his own good. Seeing how stubborn his father is, Stanislaus raises his voice and publicly says that he has Alzheimer’s. Most of the students around them, especially Jimmy, understand. Hippolytus tells his son that he will never forgive him, then turns on his heel…

Tom makes a discovery in Milan’s closet

At the boarding school, Judy and Matteo surprise Tom when they install cameras in the common room. The young man admits to them that he wants to monitor Milan’s every move. When the latter comes home every evening at 3 a.m., Tom suspects that he has slipped back into the shadows.

At lunch, during the service, Tommy shows Jude the pictures from his camera: we see Milan taking a sports bag from the common room. Fearing that he’s hiding a gun in there, Tommy asks his friend to come over to help him go through his room. After the service, Judy and Matteo help Tom, but they find nothing suspicious.

Later, in the dressing room, Tom searches Milan’s locker. He comes across a bag of white powder and deduces that it is cocaine. Before his roommate surprises him, Tom closes his closet and pretends nothing happened.

Coline is not thorough enough

During Chef Armand’s class, Coline asks Gaspar for advice on how to prepare her plate. He suggests she add color, which she does immediately. But it was a trap. Indeed, the chef criticizes Coline for his lack of rigor in the presentation of his dishes. Gaspard openly mocks his comrade.

After class, Clotilde discusses the first-year students with Alice and Hortense, particularly complaining about Colleen, whose progress she hasn’t seen since the start of the school year. Hortense then has an idea for a specific exercise to help students improve their attention to detail.

In her class, she invites students to prepare a tiny food dish—plates and tiny foods made with very small utensils. When Clotilda comes to see her in the kitchen, she notices that the students are having a hard time. Hortense admits that it will take some time for them to improve.
