One of the main horror franchises today, Terrifier has a chance of officially ending in the fourth film, according to the filmmaker Damien Leoneresponsible for creating, writing and directing the three feature films released to date.
During an interview with Variety, Leone explained how he has an idea of how the story of Art the Clownfranchise villain played by David Howard Thorntonit will end. Additionally, the filmmaker revealed how he doesn’t believe the franchise will go “beyond one or two more films.” However, nothing has been defined so far.
“There is no definitive answer at this point as to how many more films I will make before I conclude the saga. Terrifier,” he stated. “Personally, I can’t imagine it going beyond one or two more films, but only time will tell.”
For now, all I can say for sure is that I know how it ends and that it will be epic.
