Ryan investigates his mother’s secret

At the high school, Bastien and Violet take advantage of their meeting with Jack and Ryan to give the latter a USB key they found in their father’s leather jacket pocket. They say they don’t look at what the key contains. They also suggest Ryan take the leather jacket back, saying it’s a nice piece and he might regret it. The young man thanked them and went with them.

Meanwhile, Kareem and Romy hope Ryan will calm down after fixing his dad’s stuff. They then discuss the kiss they exchanged: if Romi doesn’t repent, Karim admits that he still feels his brother’s shadow hovering over them. Romi declares that he should have spent his life with her.

After class, Ryan goes to Jack’s house. Together, they look at what the USB key contains: photo files of Rome in the company of various men in luxurious locations. Ryan immediately deduced that his mother had been removed before birth, and that this is the lie that Malik spoke about in his letter. Since the photos are categorized by the names of the men in the photos, Jack suggests tracking them down to call and find out. Rayane has contacted several of them and leaves them voicemails.

As he returns home, a young man takes a call, but he quickly hangs up when Karim and Romi return. Faced with his mother’s question about his phone call, Ryan withdraws, then locks himself in his room. Once alone, she calls the person who contacted her before cautiously leaving the house with her suitcase.

A little later, Karim and Romi realize this. Concerned, they call Audrey and Damien, who inform them that the boys have gone to the tent. However, they realize they lied, as none of them took their camping gear.

Indeed, Ryan and Jack turned off their cell phones after they found themselves at the bus stop in Montpellier. When her boyfriend discovers they’ve been acting rashly, Ryan is determined to discover the truth about his mother…

Victor meets Bart

In the morning, Timothy asks Bart if he can invite his father to dinner so he can formally introduce himself to him. Bart happily accepts, even if he later admits to Roxanne that he has no idea what he’s going to talk to Victor about. For his part, Timothy gathers his wits to find an easy-to-eat recipe.

In the evening, Victor introduces himself and gets to know Bart better. She is relieved that their roommate is doing well. Then Timothy arrives for dinner: triangular sandwiches.

Manon and Nordin kiss

At the police station, Manon offers to accompany Nordin to the concert that evening. A young man accepts. But he was caught laughing at Nori’s message. Manon insists on reading and discovers that Noor has sent a photo of herself wearing Nordin’s vest, accompanied by a message stating that she must return it soon at the risk that Manon will kill her if they meet again. Distraught, Manon cancels Nordin’s invitation.

The young man complains to Roxanne as usual. At the end of the engagement, she decides to trap Manon and Nordin and ensures that they meet face to face on a walk.

Not wanting to worry, Manon looks for a positive topic to talk about. He then reveals to Nordin that he managed to stand up during a physical therapy session. He’s upset that he didn’t tell her about it sooner, even though he’s been dreaming of this moment since their accident.

He decides to leave, but eventually retraces his steps to confess to Manon that he still loves her. He screams in front of everyone until the girl kisses him, confirming that he loves her too.
