The actress Jamie-Lynn Siglerbest known for playing meadown in The Sopranos (1999-2007), revealed that she had adopted a crazy diet: she he has stopped eating food and only drinks whole milk. The revelation came during the artist’s appearance on the podcast Not today, friend, hosted by Robert Iller, who played her brother in the series.

“You should listen to what I’m doing now, you’ll think I’m crazy,” he began Jamie Lynn “I’m in the middle of something called cleansing milk. All I’ve been drinking for days is whole milk. And that’s it.” And the idea behind this is that parasites love dairy products. And I had so many gut issues, I tried so many different things to try to fix them. And I know enough people who have done it and say it’s really good,” he explained, without offering any medical recommendations or scientific data.

The goal, according to the actress, is to do a sort of cleansing of the body. “Drink milk for eight days and take these pills. The idea is that all these parasites that are hiding in your body come out because all they eat is dairy,” he explained.

Experts warn that diets and drastic dietary changes should be made under medical and nutritional guidance.
