Actress Isabel Tate has died aged 23 after filming her first role in 9-1-1: Nashville.

American actress Isabelle Tate died on Wednesday, October 22 at the age of just 23. He recently filmed an episode of the first season of 9-1-1: Nashville, which premiered in early October. Her stage name was Izzy Tate.
