Stuffed potatoes with ham and cheese in the microwave
Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- Greasing oil
- 3 cups ham (cubed)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- Freshly grated parmesan and chopped green chilli to taste
Microwave preparation method:
- First separate and wash the potatoes you intend to cook. They can be of any type and size.
- Using a fork, poke holes all over the surface of the potatoes.
- Wrap the potatoes individually (without peeling them!) in two sheets of absorbent paper and immerse them.
- Place the packaged potato in the center of the microwave turntable and program 4 minutes at maximum power.
- Once done, open the microwave door and wait for the hot steam to come out.
- Carefully remove the potato from the microwave, unpack it and pierce it to check if it is soft.
- If it is not soft enough, wrap it again and place it in the microwave for another 3 minutes.
- Finally, unpack each potato and cut it into 4 parts lengthwise, without separating them.
- Open slightly with your hands to add the filling.
- Place on a greased baking tray, divide the ham between the 4 parts of the potato, sprinkle with mozzarella and put 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each part.
- Sprinkle the parmesan and place in a preheated high oven for 10 minutes to brown.
- Sprinkle with the green perfume and serve immediately.
At the AirFryer

Time: 25 minutes

- 4 large potatoes
- Greasing oil
- 3 cups ham (cubed)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese

Preparation method in the AirFryer:
- Cook whole potatoes in their skins in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and leave to cool.
- With a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into thin slices but without reaching the end, keeping them together.
- Open the slices a little and brush half the butter.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Divide the cheese, ricotta and ham among the potatoes, filling the slices.
- Brush the remaining butter and place in the preheated Airfryer (180°C) for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chives and serve immediately.
In the oven

- 4 large potatoes
- Greasing oil
- 3 cups ham (cubed)

Traditional preparation method:
- Pierce the potatoes with a fork, wrap them in aluminum foil, place them on a baking tray and cook in a medium preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let it cool.
- To make the potato stand upright, also remove a small lid from the opposite side.
- Cut the potato lengthwise into 4 parts, without separating them.
- Open slightly with your hands to add the filling.
- Place on a greased baking tray, divide the ham between the 4 parts of the potato, sprinkle with mozzarella and put 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each part.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and cook in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the green perfume and serve immediately.
