The police start looking for Rachel’s abuser
After being raped the day before, Rachel is in the hospital where Soizic is taking care of her. She informs him that his samples will be sent to a lab for analysis, then sends him the contact details of a fellow psychologist. She indicates that they will meet again early next week and emphasizes that she can call him whenever she wants. Rachel thanks him.
After which Rachel goes to the police station, where Nordin greets her. But the young woman prefers to wait outside. Confronted by Michael and Sarah, Rachel says that she was returning from a concert with Nordin at 11 p.m. They parted and he continued on his way alone, almost home. Suddenly a man appeared, put his mouth on her neck and threatened to kill her. He then covered her eyes and tied her hands with rubber bands before raping her. When he left, Rachel removed the mask and elastic, then returned to the house to lock herself up. Mikael asks if there are men around him that he has been in conflict with. Rachel talks about her ex Alan. Sarah knows him well because he is her baby.
Leaving the police station, Rachel meets Nordin, who feels guilty for not asking to go home. Rachel claims that nothing that happened to her was her fault and doesn’t blame her. Manon also comes to her aid and promises to do everything to find her abuser.
On their way to the scene of the attack, Michael and Damien search for clues. A PTS agent found a sports elastic band in the trash can. In turn, Nordin and Sarah learned that Alan had been in Nice all evening and all night for a conference. Timothy, in turn, compiles a list of sex offenders in the area and offers to contact them to verify their alibi. He’s willing to overcome his phobia of making phone calls to help Rachel find her attacker.
A little later, Michael tells Nordin and Sara that Rachel’s tests did not show any DNA: her abuser was wearing a condom. Analysis of the elastic and mask found at the scene of the attack also yielded nothing. Everything indicates that the abuser knew what he was doing. As for Timothée’s list, nothing is conclusive because everyone has an alibi. Mikael suggests looking at Rachel’s surroundings.
Sarah and Nordin call a young woman to ask if she remembers someone who persistently flirted with her at work. Rachel remembers that a seasonal worker from the wine estate who worked in the vineyards regularly came to see her, even though he had nothing to do there. In the evening, Nordin takes Rachel to the police station to show her the photos of the seasonal workers. Rachel then officially names a certain Zach Progent as her attacker.
Meanwhile, Zack is at the port with Camille. They toasted the end of his electronic bracelet with champagne. Zack notes that he’s regained all his freedom since he’s single again. Even though Camille insists she’s only on a break with Simon, Zach claims he did the right thing by leaving her. When a young girl expresses her desire to go home, Zack offers to take her home…
Mariana will travel to the United States on a whim
While with Rafael, Chloe receives a text from her mother, who tells her that she is going to the US for two months. Chloe can’t believe it. She talks about it with her husband, who helps her see the bright side of things: she won’t have her mother on her back during her internship at the hospital!
In turn, Allen calls Soizic, who informs him that Mariana is gone. Allen blames himself a little for the setback the day before. After hanging up, she meets Sebastian at the spoon. After sharing coffee, the two men go for a bike ride. Stopping at the lookout, Allen tells Sebastian that he didn’t end up having a date due to running into Mariana the other day. Alain and Sebastien realize that Marianne probably wasn’t interested in either of them since she left France at night.
Mona sends Nathan a sexual message
A spoon slave surprises Nathan by listening to the vocals he just sent to Valentine. He is quite surprised by this method of communication. But Nathan encourages her to try to spice up their relationship with Joel in particular.
A little later, Bart surprises Mona in the reserve and sends a sexy vocal to Joel. He leaves her alone. In her message, Mona asks her lover to join her at Spoon after closing face-to-face, admitting that she’s always wanted to make love in the kitchen. However, Mona gets the wrong receiver and sends a voicemail to Nathan. The latter teases him about it.
In the evening, Bart agrees to leave the spoon with Mona and Joel so they can date each other.
