A Better Life Preview: What’s in store for Tuesday 29 October 2024 Episode 201 [SPOILERS]

Vadim’s behavior intrigues

At the Masalia residence, Aya and Nisma are holding a fundraiser for a “Dia de los Muertos” party. They ask Vadim (Leo Mazo) if he agrees to give them a small coin, but he refuses: “I’m not coming to your party, why should I?”

Nisma hires a new nurse and the tension between them rises. Aya watches the scene, shocked by the young man’s behavior.

At the medical office, Gabrielle and Thomas (Laurent Kerussore) take advantage of their lunch break to discuss the latest rumors from Mistral. Vadim, who is also in the room, does not miss the conversation.

Gabriel and Thomas apologize to the young man for the rumours, but contrary to all expectations, the latter is kind.

Later, Vadim goes to Mistral to taste Barbara’s cooking. He takes the opportunity to give Aya a twenty euro bill for a “Dia de los Muertos” party. The young woman is surprised because Vadim was very cold in the morning.

Will Vanesa and Apolline become friends soon?

Vanessa (Agathe de la Boulaye) takes her daughter Ophel home with a swimming pool. He tells her that this is their new home. The young girl is surprised and disappointed that she was not informed about this move.

A few hours later, Ophel finds Aya in Mistral. She confides in him that her mother is suffocating and wants only one thing: to leave the family coffin. But for this he still needs to find a job.

Blanche, overhearing the two women’s conversation, tells Ophel: “If you want, I can put you in touch with the sewing workshop.” The young woman is delighted.

Returning home, Ophel toasts her new home in the company of her mother and her older brother, Ulysses (Jérémy Charve). Suddenly there is a knock on the front door. It is Apolline (Zoé Laïb) who has come to bring the file that the lawyer forgot. Vanessa lets her in and the young woman joins the aperitif.

Apollinaire compliments Vanessa on her taste in decor, then the two women realize they share a dark sense of humor. Vanessa asks Apollin to stay for lunch and the young woman accepts the invitation.

Louis is being held hostage

Daniel immediately sets aside a meeting with Louis. He informs her that he is going to ask Zoe to participate in the heist. Hearing this news, Louis gets angry and replies: “Zoé won’t work on you no matter what, so you forget about her.” Then the ex-prisoner threatens Daniel: – If you come close again, the plans are over and I will kill you.

A few hours later, Zoe comes face-to-face with Daniel… in his living room. She introduces herself to him as a friend of Louis Robbie: “He is little to me what you have become to him.” Zoe realizes that this is the man who is leading the next robbery.

In order to get her to agree to participate in the operation, Daniel tells Zoe that her presence could save Louis’ life. Before leaving, he said to the teenager: “I’ll see you soon, do me a favor, I’ll send you instructions quickly.” Will he agree to participate in the robbery?

In turn, Louis informs Ariane that Zoe is in danger. The policeman realizes that Louie is planning a robbery.

At the end of the day, at the police station, Patrick and Jean-Paul (Stephane Hannon) discover that Rob’s electronic bracelet has gone out of town. Boher immediately calls Ariane to warn her of the situation.

At the same time, we find out that the ex-prisoner is being held hostage by Daniel. The latter searches for Louis’ plans and finds them inside the latter’s cane. He then informs Louis that he convinced Zoe to take part in the robbery. Did he see it right?
