The situation is very serious. The worst thing is that in addition to not having paid the debt, they managed to generate more debt. They missed the great opportunity to definitively solve the Vasco problem interests.
To give you an idea, the contract with 777 Partners shows that Cruz-Maltino’s gross debt as of April 30, 2022 was R$738,142,485.00. However, the net amount was R$648,490,608.00. Vasco obtains the injunction
Vasco, in fact, obtained, through the Courts of Rio, a decision that suspended all executions and the enforcement of sentences against the club last Tuesday (29th). The measure, moreover, serves to protect Cruz-Maltino from possible punishments during the period.
