L’amour ouf has already entered the top 10 of 2024. With a cumulative total of 2 million, it is ahead of comedy Cocorico (1,956,846 admissions *). It should very quickly overtake Bob Marley, who is currently #9 in the 2024 Top 10 in France.
Moreover, it is already the third most watched French film of 2024, after Un P’tit truc en plus (10.7 million admissions) and The Count of Monte Cristo (9.07 million records). At this rate, L’amour ouf could reach 5 million admissions by the end of its career.
With its glamorous casting and especially popular among young audiences (Francois Civil, Adele Exarchopoulos, Alain Chabat, Vincent Lacoste, Jean-Pascal Zad, Raphael Quenard…), its passionate love story, references to American cinema, the ingredients come together. addressed to 15-24 year olds. Three new features in the 2nd part of the ranking
4 zero and an animated film Transformers: The Beginning are neck and neck with 202,962 and 199,717 entries respectively. The sequel to 3 Zero is off to a less strong start than its first installment in April 2002 (509,201 first week admissions). Challenger 8th place with Alban Ivanov, with 172,138 records.
Lee Miller continues a successful career. The biopic starring Kate Winslet surpassed 500,000 this week. In the 10th place, note that The Count of Monte Cristo Continues to attract curious people, with a very stable score (- 2%) and a total of 9,195,098 entries. The gap narrows with Un P’tit truc en plus.
A delicate start for The Killer with Omar Sy and Nathalie Emmanuel outside the top 10 with a cumulative 35,000 entries in the week.
