Having recovered from injuries, midfielder Bobadilla and left back Patryck should strengthen the Tricolor in this part of the season
Good news for the Italian fans of San Paolo. After all, midfielder Damián Bobadilla and left back Patryck were released by Sao Paulo’s DM. Thus, the two returned to train with the ball with the rest of the team at CT da Barra Funda, this Saturday (2).
Now the two must find the ideal physical condition to be able to play a match. San Paolo is not talking about deadlines, but the trend is that Bobadilla should return first, after having entered the field last October. Patryck, in turn, had been recovering from a broken collarbone since August.
Midfielder Alisson also recovered during the week. He also participated in a training match against São Bernardo’s under-20 team. At the moment, Sao Paulo only has two players in DM: midfielder Pablo Maia and midfielder Michel Araújo.
Eliminated from the World Cup, Sao Paulo must only compete in the Brasileirão until the end of the year. The Tricolore is in sixth place, with 51 points. The team led by Zubeldía is therefore in the rankings for the 2025 Libertadores.
San Paolo, probably still without the Bobadilla and Patryck duo, returns to the field this Tuesday (5), when they visit Bahia in a match of the 32nd round of the Brazilian championship.
