This Friday, November 1, France 2 broadcasts an unusual crossover between Astrid and Raffaele and Alexandra Elle, two of the channel’s flagship police series. A chance for Lola Dewer, Sarah Mortensen and Julie Depardieu to star in a special episode that will see two worlds collide.

In this new 90-minute opus, titled An Eye for an Eye, Astrid and Raphael discover a human eye in a jar of onions, and as they begin to investigate the mystery, they learn that on the other side of France, in Bordeaux, a corpse has been found without an eye.
And it is the pathologist Alexandra Ele who is responsible for studying this corpse. When the judge decides to put the two pieces of the puzzle together, Astrid, Rafael and Alexandra find that they will have to work together, for better or for worse.
In the program: a family secret and an orphan disease, but also a little flashback to childhood, muscad, a bicycle chase and… oyster mushrooms.

Good news for fans of the France 2 detective series, Astrid and Raphael will be making a big return to the channel on Friday 8 November for the broadcast of Season 5.
