Elliott wants to leave Montpellier

Elliot was sleeping in his car in the garage. Early in the morning he gets a call from Muriel, who is worried about him. He didn’t sleep all night. He could have warned her. Elliot apologizes. He needed to be alone. Muriel understands and tells him that she asked him to work remotely today so they can discuss what happened. But Elliot refuses. He has clients. Muriel insists. He promises to discuss it tonight. He tries to comfort Muriel and tell her that everything is fine.

A stressed-out Elliot recalls the promise he made to Muriel while in prison. He vowed that he would no longer make decisions about their family alone. He gave her a second chance and assured her that it was her last.

A little later, Elliott tries to negotiate a consumer loan. Unfortunately, based on his profile, he can’t get more than 3000 euros. Charles arrives just then. He advises his friend to tell Muriel the truth. But Elliot reminds her that if she does, he’ll dump her. He realizes that he has ruined everything.

Elliot returns to the garage and is annoyed to find Ivan waiting for him there. The latter tells him that he has come with all his friendship and has a present for his son. Elliot asks her to stay away from the family. Ian then hits him and tells him that it’s not nice to refuse a gift.

Then he advises to pay attention to his wife and children. Then Ivan leaves. After arriving home, Elliot explains to Muriel that they must leave Montpellier and return to Abidjan.

Eloi wants to file a lawsuit against Janet

At the hospital, Janet talks to Allen about Eloy. Janet does not understand what could have happened. All his results last week were normal. Allen again points out to him that his potassium level was a little high.

Janet sees everything. The only explanation could be kidney failure, but he doesn’t have it. He was doing very well yesterday when he checked. But that’s not what the patient told Allen. He explained that Janet didn’t take him seriously and that he almost died because of her. While Allen is amused by this situation, Janet, on the other hand, is very annoyed by Eloy. Allen still advises caution because the patient is very angry with him.

A little later in the day, Janet goes to see Eloy in the hospital room. He asks her how she feels. Eloy is surprised to see that he is now taking an interest in her health. Janet apologizes for what happened to her.

He explains to her that it was unpredictable. He passed all necessary tests. But for Eloi, they were poorly done. Janet explains to him that they couldn’t have predicted this heart attack. There was no warning. But Eloy isn’t convinced.

He asked for an MRI, but she refused. Janet responds that there were no medical reasons for ordering this test. Eloy insists. He had pain in his chest, arm and abdomen. She criticizes Janet for not admitting she was wrong.

The doctor continues his positions. There was nothing else he could do. Eloy then advises him to get a good lawyer because he won’t let the case go. Annoyed, Janet leaves the room.

Janet, along with the director, implements the staff of her department. He takes the opportunity to talk to her about Eloi. Janet assures him that she passed all the tests and that everything was normal. The principal reassures him. He has all her trust.

Meanwhile, Eloy is on the phone with Serge. He explains the whole situation to him. He wanted Janet out of danger. Serge then explains to him that if he wants to file a complaint, the process will be long. It will also be more difficult to justify failure.

But Eloy has a hard time admitting that he can get away with it. Serge explains to him that they can pursue him, but he can’t guarantee anything. He suggests a reconciliation, but Eloy doesn’t care about the money. He wants the justice system to recognize that he is a victim and that Janet made a mistake.

Eloy threatens to go to another lawyer if he refuses to help. Serge finishes the reception. Her client warns: If Janet doesn’t apologize, she will file a lawsuit. Therefore, Serge demands financial compensation and an apology from Janet.

A little later that day, Janet gets a call from Johanna, who explains that she is the hospital’s lawyer. The lawyer tells him that Eloy plans to file a lawsuit against him and the hospital for negligence. He is demanding compensation of 10,000 euros.

Johanna then explains to her that Eloy basically wanted an apology from Janet, but she refuses. Johanna thinks it would be in her best interest to do so. This can really avoid a lengthy procedure. Especially since Eloi actually had a heart attack. Doubt can work against him. Johanna advises Janet to take time to think about it.

Returning home, Janet is tensed. He tells Becker that the patient wants to file a lawsuit against him. Becker understands he doesn’t want to apologize, but if it avoids a lengthy process, it might be worth it.

At nightfall, a hooded man paints the wall with the words “The Flowerman Still Lives.” But who is it?
