ENEM 2024: Mathematical Correction
PM investigates illegal ‘extra-corporate’ services, secretary reveals
In a press conference this Monday the 11th, the secretary of Public Security of São Paulo Guilherme Derrite revealed that the Department of Internal Affairs of the Military Police was already investigating, in a confidential investigation, the actions of the company’s agents as security guards for the CCP whistleblower. The practice is prohibited by the Disciplinary Regulations of the PM, classified as a serious transgression.
The secretary stressed that a military police investigation has been opened to investigate not only the officers escorting Gritzbach, but also other police officers who may be “involved with individuals from the criminal faction of the CCP.”
In statements obtained from TVGloboone of the police officers who worked for Gritzbach revealed that he was asked to serve in 2023 by Lieutenant Garcia, assigned to the 23rd Metropolitan Battalion. The agent interviewed stated that he worked with the businessman for about 10 months and stopped his service when he learned, through the news, that the boss was involved with the CCP.

In his statement, he also stated that he was invited again by Lieutenant Garcia and that he accepted a “sporadic” two-day job, between Thursday the 7th and Friday the 8th, to pick up Gritzbach and his girlfriend at the airport. The agent accepted “due to his precarious financial condition”.
The three police officers testified before the Prime Minister’s Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP) as part of the investigation into Gritzbach’s death. They were removed from their duties until the end of the investigation. The police are investigating the fact that the security guards purposely failed and reported the landing of the businessman to the criminals.
To the press, the secretary reiterated that the cell phones of the police officers who escorted Gritzbach on the day of the crime have been seized and will be analyzed by forensic experts. According to Derrite, the agents will have to explain themselves regarding the ‘extra corporate’ service.
“The simple fact of having carried out an extra-company service already constitutes an impermissible disciplinary transgression. Furthermore, they did it for a criminal subject, he was not an entrepreneur, he was a convicted criminal in some cases, who has already been arrested, so we must talk not only about transgression, but about the possible commission of a military crime by these police officers,” he said.

How did the execution of the businessman at Guarulhos airport go?
Businessman Antonio Vinicius Lopes Gritzbach was killed in the arrivals area of Terminal 2 of Guarulhos airport. He was an informant in a money laundering investigation by the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). Among the criminals it is said that there was a bounty of 3 million reals on the informer’s head.
The attack took place around 4pm and the killers had their car parked, waiting for the victim. According to forensics, a couple of criminals fired at least 27 shots. Gritzbach was hit by ten rifle shots, which pierced his body.
The informant was returning from a trip with him when he was shot. Images from security cameras at Guarulhos International Airport show Gritzbach carrying a suitcase on wheels when he was surprised by the shooters. He tries to escape, is shot and falls near the pedestrian crossing. More people can be seen running from the shooting.
