He is back, much to our delight. Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) returns to action in the first images of Night Agent Season 2, which hits our screens on January 23.
This adaptation of Matthew Quirk’s novel was a huge success when it was released on Netflix in March 2023. Amassing 98.2 million views in its first 91 days, it quickly became the most-watched series on the platform in 2023 and was renewed in record time (two weeks after launch).
And the third season is already guaranteed!
Season 2 of All Hazards
So we waited for news about The Night Agent season 2, which was delayed after the writers’ strike in Hollywood.
In this first and brief teaser, we find our favorite FBI agent promoted to night agent after saving the president. But as part of a top secret nocturnal action, Peter Sutherland finds himself in a world where no one trusts him and where danger is everywhere.
Leaving Washington, D.C. and its White House, Season 2 of Night Agent will travel almost everywhere in Europe and the United States. But fans won’t be lost, as there will still be plenty of action, intrigue and mystery to discover.
And the hero will once again be able to rely on the help of his girlfriend Rose Larkin (Lucian Buchanan) to help him with the task. Peter will also have a new ally in Catherine (Amanda Warren), a veteran of the nighttime operation responsible for recruiting and training agents, as well as Alice (Brittany Snow), his new partner and mentor on his first mission.
Before the release of season 2 on January 23, Netflix will release a trailer or even two that will let us know a little more about the plot. We can’t wait!
